Group 2 - First day!

The day at the school started with  a little welcome message, followed by a tour around school and the campus. The buildings made a great first impression on Muusa: she was amazed about how much space students have in their use and how much light there were.

After this, we met back at the theatre hall and did some games to get to know each other. It was cool to see that people were already opening up and talking to each other. 

We also talked about the first impressions everyone had of the Netherlands; for example bikes, the flat landscape, cows, the shape of the roofs, friendly and open minded (though sometimes rude) people and huge mosquitos (daddy longlegs?).

Then, we were divided into groups with people from each country and we started on our first assignment; to re-design the packaging of a typically Dutch product. Our group worked together really well, and had a great time together :)

We are working on the package of Dutch chocolate cookies. Our idea is to make a unique shape, with folding techniques and triangle shapes. For colors, we picked Dutch colors: orange and Delfts blue. Our plan is to sell it in Spain, as a breakfast cookie.

We can't wait for another fun day like this! :)
